Our Team

Invicta is a team with broad and deep expertise in IT infrastructure services and cloud-based application delivery and support. Together we bring more than 200 years of IT service experience to our clients along with skills in operations, network administration, network security and entrepreneurship. We’ve supported organizations at all different levels of growth and have been on many different sides of the IT industry. Matthew Layne, President/Chief Operating Officer

Matt brings more than 20 years of experience with information systems and operations technology to Invicta. He served as an executive officer for a major SaaS company where he led the design and development of the privacy and security program. 

Jason Wheeler, Director of Client Engagement

Jason has worked in the business technology industry for more than 25 years, providing client-focused services. He also brings a deep knowledge of what it takes to grow a business having been the architect of a managed services firm and acting CIO for their clients.

Paul Telesco, Director of Business Development

With over 30 years of IT experience, Paul is a passionate leader in managed services. He excels at building efficient IT operations, ensuring clients receive proactive support and a seamless IT experience.  Paul's experience includes over 18 years managing MSPs, where he increased service realization rates by 30% and built teams to deliver exceptional client service.
